Lamar Gant, a 49-year-old resident of Los Angeles, was tragically shot to death on July 4, 2022, in Compton, California. The incident occurred around 11:20 p.m. on the 1000 block of West 134th Place. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's office, Gant died from a gunshot wound to the head, and his death was classified as a homicide.
