In the early morning hours of February 1, 2016, in Corinth, Mississippi, 43-year-old Kris Ledlow was working as a clerk at the Mapco Express on Highway 72. Her shift turned tragic when two individuals entered the store in what would become a fatal robbery attempt. The incident cut short the life of a woman remembered for always having a smile on her face.
