In the summer of 1995, a young mother's disappearance from a remote area in Oregon began a mystery that continues to endure. Twenty-five-year-old Shannon Elizabeth Rishel, a female from Redmond, Oregon, was last seen on July 9, 1995, near the small town of Rufus in Sherman County.
