Has anyone here looked into the emergency response and how quickly authorities arrived at the Lester Street scene after the brutal attack? I keep thinking about how terrifying it must have been for them and how surreal it is that they found the strength to speak up amid such chaos. Even after going through such a traumatic and tragic event, they were able to provide the crucial information needed to apprehend Jessie Dotson.
