I’ve been following Frances Brewster’s case for a while and something that's been bothering me is the timeline of events. How did no one notice something was wrong for so long? It’s unsettling that Brewster was reported missing so late, almost a year after she was last seen. This makes me wonder about John Shipman’s influence over the family. Did he manage to convince everyone everything was fine? Did any family members raise concerns earlier, or did Shipman's explanations really hold up that long? It also makes me think about whether other neighbors or friends noticed her absence or thought it strange that they hadn’t seen her. I’m hoping someone might have more insights or theories on why it took so long for her disappearance to be reported.
