Has anyone else been following the Lime Street shooting case in Athens, TN? It’s been on my mind since it happened. Rendell Correy Jones and Matthew A. Moore lost their lives far too soon, and I can't imagine the pain their families must be going through. It's haunting to think there are still no answers or justice for them after all this time. One thing that stands out is the setting—shootings in residential areas always feel particularly chilling because they shatter that sense of safety at home. I wonder if anyone in the community noticed any unusual activity around that time? It just seems so surreal that such violence could occur in a neighborhood without anyone seeing or hearing something that could lead to more information. I really hope that new leads come to light soon. No family should have to live with this kind of uncertainty. If anyone has any updates on the investigation or thoughts on what could help heal the community, I’d love to hear your insights.
