I've been following Deaundre Shannon's case, and my heart truly goes out to his family. I came across a comment from Denika, Deaundre’s mother, which really touched me. She mentioned not just the immense pain of losing her son, but also how vital it is for parents to learn from this tragedy. She urged other parents to be extremely cautious with firearms, to ensure they’re stored safely and kept out of reach of children. It's a brave call to action amidst such personal grief, and I think it’s something every gun owner should take seriously. No family should ever have to experience this kind of loss. Keeping Deaundre and his loved ones in my thoughts.
