I was looking into the Stonecrest Apartments shooting and couldn't help but feel for the community affected by the loss of Shyane and Trevor. It's just so tragic that such senseless violence can happen in a place where people should feel safe. From what I've read, Shyane was well-loved by her family and friends, and it's clear she touched the hearts of many with her warm personality. It's hard to imagine the pain her kids must be going through, losing their mother so young. I hope the community finds some comfort in coming together and supporting each other during such a difficult time. I can't help but wonder how everyone is coping with the aftermath and what efforts are being made to prevent similar tragedies in the future. Would love to hear more from anyone local to the area.

Hey everyone, I just can't stop thinking about the role the community played in supporting Shyane’s family after this unthinkable loss. It's truly a testament to the kind of love and camaraderie that exists in Kingsport. From organizing vigils to helping out with the kids, it seems like the people who rallied around Shyane's family really stepped up in a significant way. It's heartening to see such solidarity, even in the shadow of such a terrible tragedy. I know nothing can truly ease the pain for her family and friends, but seeing a community come together to support those left behind is a small beacon of hope. Has anyone here attended any of the vigils or memorials for Shyane? I'd love to hear more about how people are keeping her spirit alive in these acts of remembrance. Sending all my love and thoughts to Shyane's family, especially Josiah, Za'Riyah, and her mom, Michelle. ❤️
