I just came across something really unsettling about the vehicle that Dandre Whitley was in. It seems there was so much chaos and confusion surrounding the crash near Rosa L. Parks Boulevard that it might have hindered immediate response efforts. I can't even imagine the terror for everyone involved during those moments, trying to make sense of what had just happened amidst the gunshots and then the crash itself. It's devastating to think that Dandre was caught in the middle of such violence. My heart sincerely goes out to his family and friends as they continue to grapple with this loss. Just thinking about all the “what ifs” is haunting. How often do we hear about these tragedies, yet so little changes? Sending my deepest thoughts to those affected.
