I’ve been following Shelbyon Polk’s case since it happened, and it’s just so gutting to think about the circumstances. One aspect that's really troubling to me is the location where he was found. It makes me wonder how he ended up in a neighborhood with no known ties. Was he lured there, or was it sheer bad luck that he ended up in that spot at the wrong time? His family’s plea highlights how vital it is for the community to share anything they might know. Every little detail could be pivotal in making a break in the case. I keep thinking about his grandmother, Karen. Losing someone so young and full of potential must be unimaginable, and yet she shows such strength in seeking justice. It’s times like these that remind me of the importance of standing together and supporting each other in the face of senseless tragedy. If anyone out there knows something, no matter how small, please consider coming forward. It’s never too late to make a difference.
