I’ve been following Dajanna Haislip’s case since it happened, and it’s been weighing on my heart. The fact that two individuals could brazenly open fire in the street and simply disappear into the night is deeply unsettling. I’ve been thinking about the courage it might take for someone who knows something to step forward. I can only imagine the pain her family and friends are enduring, knowing the individuals responsible are still out there. It must be incredibly frustrating for them to see the case remain unsolved.
