I recently came across the case of John T. Humphrey, and I'm curious about whether there have been any recent efforts to re-examine missing person cases with a similar profile. Humphrey, as many of you know, was last seen along State Route 104B in New Haven back in 2012. Considering his background as a veteran with PTSD and other mental health issues, I wonder if there are dedicated initiatives by veterans' organizations to track or provide support once these individuals go missing. It seems like a specialized approach might help in cases like this, where the individual is vulnerable due to mental health struggles.
