I've been reading through some of the older articles and came across an interesting detail about Dorothy Lyons and her little girl, Nancy. It sounds like Dorothy was a loving mother who was just trying to make the best life for herself and her daughter. They lived on Schoolhouse Lane, and it breaks my heart to think that their home, a place meant to be safe, turned into such a nightmare. From what I gather, Dorothy was known to be very warm and welcoming. She was someone who truly wanted the best for Nancy and worked hard to provide a stable environment. It's been over 40 years, but I can't help but think about what Nancy's future might have been if that day had never happened. My thoughts go out to their family and friends who still carry these memories with them. It's important to remember them not just as victims, but as real people with hopes and dreams who were unfairly taken away.
