I recently came across some details about the disappearance of Michael Avicolli and it got me thinking about the potential connections between his case and other unsolved mob-related incidents in that time period. It's so unsettling to imagine the kind of fear and tension those involved must have been living under. Loyalty was everything, yet it seems like every other move someone made could seal their fate. I wonder if there are others who might have had similar fates in that same New Jersey area, possibly victims of the same power struggles that led to Avicolli's tragic end. It must be incredibly difficult for the families who never get the closure they deserve, and for people close to the victim like Avicolli’s family, forced to live with uncertainty for so many years. If anyone has relatives who lived in the area at the time or knows more about similar disappearances, I would be very interested in talking more and seeing if we can piece together any more of this puzzle.
