Hey everyone, I was reading about Fredrick James Workman's case, and I can't help but think about how challenging it must have been for him dealing with ADHD and ODD without his medication. It's so tough for kids who are grappling with these conditions even in supportive environments, let alone while trying to navigate a situation like the one Fredrick was in. It makes you wonder if he might have sought refuge with someone who didn't know about his medical needs or how that might’ve affected his decision making.
I can't imagine how desperate his family must feel, hoping for even the smallest clue about where he could be. If there’s anyone out there who’s had experience dealing with ADHD or ODD in teenagers, especially if they’ve missed their medication for a lengthy period, how did that affect them? I'm hoping that by understanding more, it might shed some light on where Fredrick could have turned to or who he might seek out. Fingers crossed for any break in this case.
Hey everyone, I was looking into Fredrick James Workman's case, and something that's been on my mind is how he might have managed without his medication. As someone who also has ADHD, I can't imagine having to navigate daily life without it, let alone being on the run. It's troubling because his meds were left behind, and that could have made it hard for him to get organized or make decisions. I wonder if any of this contributed to him losing contact with anyone who might know where he is. It breaks my heart to think about how challenging this must have been for him. Has anyone come across similar cases where the missing person had conditions that needed medication? How does that typically affect a search?
Hey everyone, I'm new here but was reading about Fredrick James Workman's case. It's just been stuck in my mind that he might have tried to reach out for help after disappearing. Has anyone considered if Fredrick might have contacted friends from the juvenile facility after he ran away? Those connections are sometimes more important than we realize, especially for someone his age. I wonder if they might know anything about where he intended to go or if he might have asked for help without revealing his full situation. It's been such a long time, but maybe revisiting those connections could lead to some new information. Thoughts?
