Wow, I just got into this case, and I'm really intrigued by the detail about the truck being registered to someone else. It's making me wonder if that person had anything directly to do with Steven Billman's disappearance. I mean, how does a truck just end up in someone else's name without raising immediate red flags? This whole angle seems so fishy to me. It definitely seems like a calculated move to distance the actual crime from his disappearance. Has anyone else thought about why it took until 2016 for this info to come to light? What could have been going on in those two years? If anyone's got thoughts or info I haven't come across, I'd love to hear more about what could have been happening in Rochester back then.

There’s something that's been bothering me about the timeline in Steven Billman's case. If his truck was registered to someone else in 2016, does anyone know if the police tracked how that transaction happened? Like, was there any paperwork or records that could shed light on who might have been involved or witnessed the change of ownership? It seems like a gap that could hold some crucial info about what really happened to him. Just thinking out loud, but maybe there’s something there that investigators might have missed or reconsidered. Anyone else have thoughts on this or similar cases where vehicle registration led to breakthroughs?
