Steven Billman, 26, was last seen on January 10, 2014, in Rochester, Washington. Known by the nickname "Steev-O," Billman was involved in the illegal marijuana trade at the time, which led his family to delay reporting him missing, suspecting that he may have traveled to California. However, after several months with no contact, concerns grew, and an investigation was launched. Billman disappeared along with his white 1998 Dodge 4x4 truck.
