On January 10, 2014, a 26-year-old man named Steven Alan Billman was last seen in Rochester, Washington, before he vanished. Known to be 5'8' and weighing between 140 and 150 pounds, Steven had brown hair, blue eyes, and wore glasses. A distinct physical characteristic was a deformed left pinky finger that he was unable to bend. His disappearance was accompanied by the vanishing of his vehicle, a white 1998 Dodge 4x4 pickup.
