I wanted to share some thoughts about Darese Coleman's case, especially since it's been almost five years now, and there are still no answers. I read somewhere that the Beatrice Avenue area had some surveillance cameras. It makes me wonder why there hasn't been more information or leads uncovered from any potential footage. Of course, we don't know what the police have or haven't seen, and I do realize that they might be keeping details under wraps to protect the integrity of the investigation. It's deeply unsettling to think that the community has been left with so many unanswered questions, especially with over 30 unresolved cases in the county going back decades. Darese's loved ones deserve to know what happened and to have some sense of justice. I can't imagine the pain of losing someone this way and then having no closure on top of that. Hoping for a breakthrough soon, whether it's through new technology, tips, or even someone remembering something they hadn't thought important at the time. Anyone with any piece of information should definitely come forward. Even the smallest detail might help.
