Does anyone have more information about the area where Victor Rios was found? The 2300 block of Hamilton Street seems like a pretty busy spot, and you would think someone might have seen or heard something. Regarding the Lakeview Muhlenberg Apartment complex, it seems like a lot of witnesses could have been around. It's strange how no substantial evidence was uncovered, considering it was the fourth homicide that year in Allentown. My heart goes out to Victor’s family and friends. It must be devastating not to have answers or justice yet. If there's anything anyone knows or even just thoughts on why this case seems to be at a standstill, I’m sure every bit helps. This young man deserves justice, and the community needs to feel safe again.
