Hey everyone, I came across this case recently and can't stop thinking about it. Shawn Lewis was just 24 and had so much ahead of him when he was taken from this world. I can't even imagine what his family is going through, trying to piece together how this happened and why. It's upsetting to think that this case is still unsolved after all this time. I read that there were two other victims that night—hopefully, they were able to recover physically—but I wonder if they or anyone else in the area that night saw anything that could help the investigation. It's more important than ever for anyone with even the smallest piece of information to come forward—sometimes the tiniest detail can lead to a breakthrough. If you live around that area or know someone who does, please spread the word. Shawn and his family deserve answers, and the community deserves to feel safe. Let's all do what we can to help the detectives close this case and provide some peace to those who are still hurting.

I've been reading up on Shawn Lewis's case today and came across some points that really struck me. I keep thinking about the area where Shawn was found—17th Street is bustling and busy, right? It's difficult to imagine how something like this could happen without anyone seeing or hearing something. It seems like there should have been witnesses or surveillance footage from nearby businesses or residences. This leaves me puzzling over why it remains unsolved after all this time. There's a small part of me that hopes someone remembers something from that night or that maybe new technology could help extract evidence that might have been overlooked initially. Shawn’s loved ones deserve answers, and it's troubling to think of a young life cut short with no closure for the people who care about him. If anyone reading this has insights on how the investigation process could be bolstered or advanced, maybe share your thoughts or ideas. Maybe you're familiar with the area or know someone who might have details—anything could help.
