Hey everyone, I've been following the Frank Smith case out of Philly and I just can't stop thinking about the impact these unsolved murders have on the victim's families and friends. I can’t even begin to imagine the pain his family is still going through, especially with the uncertainty hanging over them for so long. Every time I see another report about the gangs in the area, I wonder how many other families are suffering quietly, hoping for a break in their cases.
I’m curious if anyone here has seen any updates about the investigation? I know the police have been working with ballistic evidence and cellphone data, which is pretty interesting given how tech can help solve crimes these days, but I wish we had more tangible outcomes. It just seems like the grip of fear these gangs hold over the community is preventing crucial witnesses from stepping forward. It’s such a frustrating situation.
If there’s anyone from the area or familiar with these gangs, do you think the community would feel safer if there was a new push or program to encourage anonymous tips? I really hope something shifts soon because no family should have to wait this long for justice. Stay strong, Frank's loved ones. We're all hoping for answers soon.
I’ve been following the case of Frank Smith and Saabir Mack, and like many of you, I’m deeply affected by the continued violence in our communities. The news about gang involvement is unsettling, and I think about Frank's family every day. One thing that’s been on my mind is the role that cellphone data can play in these investigations. It sounds like they've been using it to try to piece together who might have been involved, but I'm curious how effective that really is. Can it actually lead to real breakthroughs, or does it mostly create more questions? Hoping for any insights or similar case experiences from the community. Frank and Saabir deserve justice, and his family deserves peace. Sending strength to all those affected.
