Hi everyone, I've been following the discussions about Robert Cade's tragic case, and something that keeps coming up for me is the ShotSpotter technology that alerted the police initially. It's a pivotal part of how this case got immediate attention, but I wonder, how reliable is this technology in actually helping solve cases like Robert’s? Are there any known drawbacks or limitations with it? It's frustrating to know that it led police to the scene quickly, yet here we are, still without arrests or suspects. My thoughts are with Robert's family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. They deserve answers, and I hope the technology that helped highlight this tragedy can eventually assist in finding justice for him. If anyone has insights into how this has worked in other cases, I'd love to hear them. Stay safe, everyone.

I came across the news about Robert Cade and can't stop thinking about the environment he was in. Being an 18-year-old should be about looking forward to the future, not becoming a victim of such violence. It's really troubling to think about that many shots being fired so quickly in what should be a safe neighborhood. You can only imagine the fear and chaos in those moments. I hope this incident lights a fire for more community action against gun violence. It is frustrating and disheartening to see a young life ended senselessly, and I hope those who have any information come forward. My thoughts are with Robert's family and friends. They deserve answers, and more importantly, they deserve justice.

I've been following the case of Robert Cade, and something that's really stuck with me is the role technology plays in responding to these awful events. The ShotSpotter alert system picked up 13 rounds fired, which is horrifying in itself, but it also means that at least emergency services were alerted quickly. It just makes me wonder how many lives these systems potentially save or if they help solve cases faster. However, it’s been weeks now, and there still seems to be little progress in finding who did this to Robert. His family must be in so much pain, not knowing who’s responsible or why this happened to someone they loved. My heart goes out to them, and I hope that anyone witnessing or with information finds the strength or courage to speak up. Every little bit could help in bringing closure to this young man's family.
