I've been closely following the tragic case of Emanuel Pedraza, and something that's been on my mind is the location where everything happened—East Tioga Street. From what I understand, this area isn't exactly the safest, but does anyone know if there were any security cameras or streetlights nearby that might have captured something crucial that night? Given the time of the incident, I assume it was pretty dark, which probably didn’t help the investigation.
