I've been following the Victor Workman case and something that's been on my mind is the time of day it happened. It was the middle of the afternoon, around 1:49 p.m., in a busy area. How does something like this happen in broad daylight without any leads or witnesses stepping forward? I can't help but think that someone must have seen something or heard something that could help.
It's really tough knowing Victor's family and friends are left without answers. If anyone was around 20th and Cumberland Streets that day or has a piece of the puzzle they're uncertain about, sharing even a small detail might be crucial. I’ve been thinking a lot about the location where Victor was found. Cumberland Street and 20th seem to be a fairly busy intersection, right? It’s hard to believe that there might not be any witnesses. Has anyone heard if there are businesses or traffic cams around there? It seems like someone must have seen something, even a small detail could be important. I really hope the community comes together to help the police find out what happened.
