Does anyone know if there's ever been any follow-up regarding the three men Chino was with that night? It seems odd that we know so little about them after all these years. Were they ever identified or questioned by law enforcement? Considering his van was found in Poway, did any residents recall seeing anything suspicious around that time? I feel like the answers could be hidden in plain sight but just haven’t been pieced together yet. Would love to hear if anyone has insight or fresh theories on this angle of the case.

Chino's van was found in Poway, but what was it doing there? It's quite a ways from Escondido. I wonder if anyone has looked into whether Chino had any connections to Poway or if there was any significant event happening around there back in 1982. It just seems odd that his van turned up all the way out there, in a field no less. Maybe those three men he was with at the Pastime Bar could have some answers, but it's been so long, who knows where they are now? Just thinking about any missing or overlooked pieces that could link these locations might help. Has anyone else come across anything about Poway in connection to Chino's life or his disappearance?

Hey all, I’ve been digging around the details of Rafael "Chino" Valles Moreno's case and came across something that struck me as odd. Has anyone else looked into the three men who were last seen with him at the Pastime Bar? I know that the reports mention them, but there doesn’t seem to be much info on who they were or if they were ever identified or questioned. Maybe they were just acquaintances he met that night, but it seems like a crucial piece of the puzzle that's missing. Also, it’s baffling how his van ended up in Poway. That’s a bit of a drive from Escondido. Does anyone familiar with the area know if it was a common route or place he might have had reason to visit? I feel like understanding the significance of the van's location might shed some light on what happened that night. Any thoughts or theories from locals or true crime buffs out there? Let's keep digging and see if we can get any new angles on this frustratingly cold case. Stay safe, everyone!
