Has anyone else heard the theory about David Person possibly being injured or abducted on his way to the VA hospital? I was recently reading some old articles and noticed that the area around the bus stop he would have used was pretty isolated back in '87. It got me thinking that maybe something happened to him right there, maybe a car accident or someone with bad intentions came across him. I don't remember this theory being explored much in the earlier discussions. If the bus stop or the route was under surveillance back then—or if any witnesses remember anything—it could have been a turning point for his case. Curious if anyone has explored this angle further or if there are any updates I've missed.

Anyone else find the timing of David Person's disappearance particularly odd? I was going through the details again, and it struck me how he just vanished on what seemed like a routine day. He was on his way to a VA hospital program that he regularly attended. Has anyone looked into whether there were any issues at the hospital or on the bus route that day? Maybe someone on the bus saw something unusual or overheard a conversation. It's like he just faded away without a trace, and that just doesn't happen without something triggering it.
