I’ve been looking into Frank Collins's case, and I’m curious if anyone knows more about the area where his belongings were found. I've read that they were in a duffel bag, but was it located near any known hangouts or landmarks where Frank might have gone? It seems like this could've been a key area for searching, but I haven’t found much info on how thoroughly it was investigated back then. Could any locals or people with knowledge about Las Vegas in the late '80s shed light on where this might have been? Maybe someone remembers seeing something or someone unusual around that time. Every little detail could be crucial in uncovering what happened to Frank.
