In the autumn of 1988, a family in Las Vegas, Nevada, experienced a profound and lasting sorrow with the disappearance of 31-year-old Frank Collins. He was last seen on September 16, 1988, at his sister's home in Las Vegas. An otherwise ordinary day took a turn when his sister asked him to leave her residence.
