Missing

Frank Collins, age 31, was last seen on September 16, 1988, in Las Vegas, Nevada. He disappeared after leaving his sister's residence on foot, following a request for him to leave. This was the last confirmed sighting of him, and he has not been heard from since. A few days later, some of his personal belongings were discovered in a duffel bag, but no other significant clues have surfaced.
