Stephen J. Hill, 43, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was a man whose life ended after violence on a West Philadelphia street. On August 28, 2011, Stephen was assaulted in the 5100 block of Haverford Avenue, near 51st Street and Haverford Avenue, an area where ordinary life would have been moving around him in the familiar rhythm of the city.
