On July 23, 2015, 18-year-old Victor Morales was fatally shot in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred in the 400 block of East Wyoming Avenue in the Feltonville neighborhood. Victor Morales, a Hispanic male, was found with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
