I’ve been following the case of Tonia McCrary closely, and it’s truly devastating to see how domestic violence can shatter lives and impact families. One aspect I’ve been thinking about is how Tonia's children, Zae'Briyah and Jay'Shawn, will move forward after losing their mother so tragically. I can only imagine how difficult it must be for them without her guidance and love. I heard about the GoFundMe page that had been set up, which makes me hopeful that the community’s support can at least provide some relief during such a tough time. But beyond financial help, I hope there are community services stepping in to offer these kids emotional and psychological support as they navigate this new reality. It’s crucial that we keep raising awareness about domestic violence and providing resources for those affected. Maybe through continuous support and advocacy, we can help prevent these tragedies in the future. Keeping Tonia’s family, especially her young children, in our thoughts and prayers. ?
