Devin Pugh, a 17-year-old from Downey, California, tragically lost his life on April 10, 2022, in a shooting incident in Willowbrook, an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County. The shooting occurred around 3 p.m. in the 12200 block of Blakley Avenue. Devin Pugh and Timothy Ford Sr., a 40-year-old man from Moreno Valley, were both pronounced dead at the scene.
