I can't stop thinking about what Linda must have endured that night. It's just so difficult to wrap my head around something so senseless happening over something as trivial as late-night mowing. I read that Linda was known for being generous and had an incredible love for her family, especially her grandkids. Imagining what her loved ones are going through is heart-wrenching. It's clear she left a positive mark on everyone she met. Also, I've been trying to understand what could drive a person to such extremes as Blair did. The fact that after taking Linda's life, he stayed holed up for hours shows a clear disconnect from reality. It's unsettling to know people like him are out there, capable of snapping so violently. I'm relieved that the authorities managed to arrest him, though it can never bring Linda back. I hope her family finds some solace in the community support surrounding them.
