I've been following the tragic case of Carlos Hurt, and my thoughts are with his family during this incredibly difficult time. I can't even imagine the pain they're going through. What really caught my attention was the fact that Carlos was just sitting in his car when someone decided to attack him. There seems to be this unsettling randomness to it that I can't shake off. It's like, why Carlos? Why then? I saw that there are other connected cases from that same night, but it's so frustrating that, despite arrests in other shootings, there's still no concrete connection to what happened to Carlos. I really hope the investigators can piece together more evidence soon. It sounds like they have their hands full, but the family deserves answers and closure. Does anyone know if there's been any progress with witness statements or if they've found anything from the surveillance footage in the area?
