I was thinking about Destiny's children and how profoundly their lives have changed. It’s difficult to comprehend the emotional impact this event must have had on them, especially at such a young age. I'm grateful to hear they were unharmed during the incident, but witnessing such violence, even indirectly, can leave scars. I hope they’re receiving the care and support they need from their remaining family and counselors. Reading about Destiny, it’s evident she was a beacon of love and stability for her kids. Her selflessness and the warmth she showed to everyone around her paint a picture of an inspiring woman taken too soon. I can only imagine how much her absence is felt daily, not only by her children but by the entire community who knew and cherished her. It's reassuring to know the police are actively investigating and seem confident in pinpointing the culprit. Let’s hope they have a breakthrough soon, for Destiny’s children, family, and friends, who are all waiting for justice.
