I’ve been following the Philip Tamar Howard case since it first broke, and there’s one thing that’s been on my mind. Howard was known to the residents of the apartment, yet he didn’t live there. I’m curious about the nature of his relationship with the people in the building. Were they friends, acquaintances, or something else entirely? It might give us some insight into why he was there that night. It’s such a tragic situation for his family and friends. I can’t begin to imagine their pain, especially with the uncertainty hanging over the case. It makes me wonder what steps the investigators are taking to piece everything together. Does anyone have any thoughts on why the investigation might be taking longer than usual?

I'm really puzzled by the lack of arrests in Philip Tamar Howard's case. From what I've read, someone admitted to shooting him, yet no charges have been filed.
