Philip Tamar Howard, a 37-year-old male from Piqua, Ohio, tragically lost his life on February 8, 2020. He was shot and killed in the 1300 block of Fairfax Avenue. Howard was not a resident of the apartment building where the incident occurred, but he was known to the other residents. The death was ruled a homicide, but no charges have been filed, and the incident remains under investigation.
