On August 4, 2023, 18-year-old Deacon W. Graham was fatally shot at Fountain Park in Piqua, Ohio. The incident occurred around 11:16 p.m., when police responded to reports of two men with gunshot wounds in the 1300 block of Forest Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Graham deceased at the scene, having suffered three gunshot wounds. A second victim, 20-year-old David Feniello, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
