Hey everyone, I've been following David Wayne Blizzard's case and something that stands out to me is the fact he was wearing a light blue baseball cap when he was last seen. Was this a cap he wore often? It might sound trivial but little details like this can sometimes jog someone's memory. If he had it when the deputy dropped him off, maybe someone who spotted him after Walmart might remember seeing that specific cap as well. Just a thought. It's these small pieces of information that sometimes help connect the dots. If anyone knows more about this or has any ideas, it's worth discussing. Always hoping for a breakthrough.
Did anyone else notice the coincidence with the location where David Wayne Blizzard was last seen? It seems really odd that he was dropped off near a Walmart on Stone Drive, right on the border between Surgoinsville and Kingsport. I can’t help but wonder if this particular spot was intentional. It's a fairly busy area, which might mean there's a greater chance someone saw something or there might be surveillance footage from nearby businesses. I’m curious if investigators have checked for any camera footage from that day? Even though it was 2005, some places had cameras by then. I really hope someone who was in that area at the time might remember something, no matter how small, that could help.
