In the quiet area of Surgoinsville, Tennessee, a story of concern and mystery began to unfold. On September 30, 2005, 33-year-old David Wayne Blizzard, a male resident of the town, was at a family member's home in the 2800 block of Main Street. Following a domestic dispute at approximately 9:00 p.m., David was given a ride by a Hawkins County deputy.
