David Wayne Blizzard, age 33, was last seen on September 30, 2005, in Surgoinsville, Tennessee, following a domestic dispute at a family member's residence on Main Street. After the altercation, a Hawkins County deputy dropped him off near a Walmart on Stone Drive, located near the border between Surgoinsville and Kingsport. This was the last confirmed sighting of Blizzard, and he has not been heard from since.
