It's so difficult to wrap my head around this terrible tragedy. My heart goes out to Romere Harris's family and everyone affected by this incident. It's just unimaginable to think about the pain they must be experiencing. One aspect that's really been on my mind is gun safety. This case emphasizes how crucial it is to have proper firearm safety measures in place, especially in homes where children are present. It's terrifying to realize how quickly situations can turn deadly when there's a lapse in safety. I'm not trying to assign blame here, but it just makes me think about how imperative it is for all of us to ensure that guns are secured and that those handling them are educated on how risky and serious it can be. I hope that through this tragedy, more awareness can be raised about gun safety and hopefully prevent something like this from happening to another family. My thoughts are with Romere's family and the community during this time.
