I’ve been thinking about the environment where Antonio Felding's tragic death occurred. It really hits home when you realize this could have happened to anyone just out trying to enjoy a night with friends. While I wasn't there, I often wonder about these house parties in our communities. Do they play a role in escalations like what happened that night on Carroll Street? They can be a place of fun and joy, but sometimes they turn tense and dangerous. It breaks my heart for Antonio’s family and friends who have to live with the uncertainty and pain of not knowing who did this or why. I sincerely hope those with even the smallest pieces of information come forward. It could mean the world to a grieving family and give them some peace. Let’s keep the conversation going until justice is served.
