Hey everyone, I’ve been following the discussions about Mitchell Hooks and something that has been on my mind is the challenge investigators face with reluctant witnesses. Detroit, especially back in 2013, was really grappling with a lot of crime, and I've read that many people might have been scared to come forward with information. It makes me wonder how much valuable information might be out there, just waiting to help solve this case. For those who didn’t know Mitchell, from what I've gathered, he seemed like a well-loved guy and losing him has left a profound impact on his community. I genuinely hope someone can find the courage to share what they know — even the smallest detail could be critical. It must be incredibly difficult for his family and friends to still not have closure. Anyone here who’s been through something similar have any advice on what can be done to encourage more community cooperation with law enforcement? Sending strength to those who knew Mitchell.
