Has anyone else looked into the weather conditions around Trappers Lake during the time John Michael Simons went missing? I was curious and did a bit of digging — it seems like there were some unexpected storms in late July 2014. Could bad weather have contributed to his disappearance? With Simons being an experienced outdoorsman, it seems unlikely that he'd be caught off guard, but you never know with those sudden mountain weather changes. I feel like this angle hasn't been explored or discussed much, and it might be something worth considering. Thoughts?
