I've been thinking about Dominique Summers' case, and I can't stop wondering about the role that Crepe Myrtle Lane played in all of this. It seems like the area would be a pretty tight-knit community, which makes it all the more puzzling how something so tragic could happen right where Dominique lived. I can't help but think about how this must have shattered the sense of security for his family and neighbors. Has anyone from the Whiteville area shed any light on the environment there? Sometimes understanding the setting can give us more context about these devastating events. Sending thoughts and strength to Dominique's family and everyone affected during this tough time.
