Hey everyone, I've been reading through some of the posts about Rasheed Walker's case, and my heart goes out to his family and friends who have been left waiting for answers. It's incredibly frustrating to think about how many other families in Detroit are going through the same thing because of all these unsolved cases. One thing I've been thinking about is the community's role in all of this. I get that people are often scared to come forward, especially in areas dealing with high crime rates, but wouldn't a stronger community effort make a difference? Maybe if there were more community programs focused on trust-building with law enforcement or even witness protection incentives, it could encourage more people to share what they know without fear. I know it’s idealistic to think it can change overnight, but it might be a start. Has anyone heard about successful programs or initiatives in other cities that could be applied here? Maybe there's some way we can push for something similar in Detroit. Every little bit might help not just Rasheed's case but others too. Stay safe everyone, and let's keep pushing for justice. ?
