Hey everyone. I recently came across the case of Calvin Jerome Simpson II, also known as CJ. My heart goes out to his family, who've been living in uncertainty since that tragic night in 2016. Something that's been on my mind is the fact that someone was charged in 2018, but for some reason, the case didn't lead to a conviction. Does anyone have more details on that? It seems so strange that charges were filed, yet nothing came of it. How did the evidence fall through? It’s concerning that the shooter is still out there, and justice hasn’t been served for CJ and his loved ones. If anyone has insights, it would be great to discuss how things might be approached differently to hopefully get some resolution for his family.

Has anyone else been wondering about the significance of the time when CJ's murder happened? It's really disturbing to think someone knocked on his door at 3:40 a.m. It almost seems like the person knew he would be awake or made sure to catch him off guard. I can't help but think about how this must weigh on his family, knowing he welcomed someone to his doorstep only to face such a tragic end. It makes me wonder whether the police have looked into his phone records or social media to see if there was any unusual activity that might hint at who he might have been in contact with before that night. This case is so baffling, and I hope new insights come to light. My heart goes out to his family as they continue seeking justice for CJ.

I've been thinking a lot about how the community was impacted by CJ's tragic death. It feels like everyone in Reidsville knew him or knew of him, and having something like this happen in a small town hits hard. People still talk about where they were when they heard the news. I keep wondering if maybe the shooter was someone local, or if they may have had some connection to the town. It's tough to believe no one has come forward after all these years. Someone out there knows something, and it's frustrating to think that CJ's family has to go another day not knowing who took him from them. I'm really hoping that anyone hesitating because they're scared or uncertain will find the courage to speak up. CJ deserves justice, and his family deserves peace.
