It's so baffling to me how people can just vanish without a trace. Regarding Melvin's case, I keep thinking about that ranch in McAllen. Were there any thorough searches conducted there after the group went into hiding? It seems like such a pivotal location and could hold some clues about what really happened after the crossing. I know it's a remote and possibly dangerous area, but it feels like any overlooked details or missed evidence could be crucial. It's unsettling that nobody has come forward who might have seen them around that time. I hope the authorities revisit it or that someone with information finds the courage to speak up.
