Has anyone else been following the Ralph Boggs case out of Greenville? My heart goes out to his family and friends during this incredibly difficult time. I wanted to discuss something that I haven't seen covered much in the headlines: the connection between Ralph's tragic death in November and the previous shooting he experienced in Rocky Mount earlier that month.
It seems like such a crucial angle to this whole situation, and I just can't help but wonder if this was more than just a coincidence. Was Ralph targeted both times, and if so, why?
