Has anyone looked into Torrey Tinell Hill’s background and any potential altercations he might have had leading up to the incident? I’m just trying to piece together what could have possibly led to such a senseless tragedy. It’s so hard to believe that two lives were taken with no apparent motive or suspect. My heart goes out to his family and friends who are left with so many unanswered questions. I can only hope that someone comes forward with information soon. It’s crucial for the healing process of everyone involved, including the whole Rocky Mount community.
